  1. What is THTE's business hours?

    Our typical business hours are from 8:00am to 5:00pm in all U.S. time zones.  
  2. Where is your headquarters located?

    THTE allows its employees to work out of their homes, so we have no formal brick-and-mortar offices.  Our official address for business correspondence, however, is 9 Dudley Road, Brentwood NH 03833.
  3. Why is Scott so awesome?

    The general consensus is that it's a recessive gene that emerges every 7 generations and Scott happened to be it.  No one really thinks it's because of any talent on his part.
  4. My Company does not currently have an intranet. Can we still use SPIN?

    SPIN does require a web page that serves as a starting point for the search bar to go on.   If your company does not have one, we can work with you to have one created.
  5. Does THTE do training nationwide?

    Yes!  THTE has clients and trainers nationwide to help wherever you are located.  THTE currently has full-time employees located in California, Colorado, and New England, and they travel wherever is needed.

    Not currently.  Although we are a business and cannot rule it out completely, there are no plans to outsource any training or instructional design overseas for the foreseeable future.

    Yes.  What makes makes THTE unique, however is we do not charge more than a typical facilitation.  We find our approach saves our clients hundreds, if not thousands of dollars per topic!
